Shockproof & Protection

The store does not specify the height of the drop test in meters. However, THECASEBKK's case is a basic shockproof level, designed to protect against everyday drops and shocks. Suitable for general use, no problem.

All cases feature a raised lens edge or aluminum lens frame that provides excellent protection against scratches and impacts.

Screen Protector Compatibility

Our cases do not push or lift the screen protector, they are designed to fit the device precisely. They are manufactured from Industry Standard Molds to ensure a perfect fit, tightness and consistent quality. They work perfectly with standard screen protectors.

Fit & Material Questions

Handmade leather cases are usually thicker than standard cases due to the thickness of the leather and the suede lining inside the case to prevent scratches when inserted, so they may feel a bit tighter when inserted into the device.
The shop has a manual that provides easy instructions on how to remove and install the case.

Our cases are made from high-quality, standard materials and have an Anti-Yellowing coating that helps slow down yellowing.

*But you must understand that all clear materials can naturally turn yellow when exposed to UV light for extended periods of time. This will react with the plastic, causing a color change. Cosmetics, perfumes, and all types of alcohol can also cause yellowing of cases.*

In conclusion, don't worry, our cases are fully coated, ensuring they stay clear for a long time.

MagSafe Compatibility

Magsafe Compatible While some designs don't have a visible MagSafe circle on the back, every case has a built-in magnetic ring inside. We use high-quality N52–N60 magnets to ensure a secure and strong attachment to MagSafe devices.

All cases (unless otherwise specified) sold on the website are designed, manufactured, hand-packed and quality-checked (QC) by THECASEBKK team.

Absolutely, every piece goes through a rigorous quality control process, and we check and pack each item individually before shipping.

Stock & Delivery

We restock every week, but due to the large number of models and colors, some items may take longer than usual to produce. However, we try to restock as quickly as possible. Contact the admin to check the timeline.

  • In-stock items: 2–5 days (depending on delivery area)
  • Out of stock or pre-order: 10–15 days

Warranty & Tax Documents

We offer a 7-day warranty and free replacement in case of manufacturing defects.
The warranty period may vary depending on the type of product.

Product Care

  • Silicone / TPU case:

    Use mild soap and water to clean.

    Avoid using alcohol on areas with printed patterns.

    Do not place near jeans or dark fabrics that may cause color bleeding into the case.

  • Fabric case:

    Use a soft brush to brush or use a damp cloth to wipe.

  • Leather case:

    Use a leather cleaner specifically for leather.

    Avoid immersion in water and direct heat.

It is recommended to avoid using concentrated alcohol pads or disinfectants, especially on patterned cases, coated cases, or leather cases, as alcohol may cause discoloration, peeling, or damage the coating.

For safe cleaning, it is best to use mild soap and water, clean water, and a soft cloth.
